Tishman Hotel Group manages some of the most recognizable hotel properties in the world. Let’s just say, our inner child was more than thrilled when Tishman approached us to create an engaging set of apps for their Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Florida.
With such an extensive array of offerings onsite, the Swan and Dolphin needed a way to connect with visitors at every moment of the day and cater to every whim. With options like room reservations, 17 restaurants and lounges, HD 360 virtual tours, park transportation, golf, spa, water activities, youth camps, theme parks, health club, shopping and business needs, the resort has a lot of information available to guests. We created an app that organizes all that information into four simple categories to make it easy for guests to quickly access what they are looking for, get the information they need, and make a quick decision without having to locate hotel staff.
Additionally, Swan and Dolphin can connect with app users by sending them exclusive offers through push notifications. Guests can be enticed to check out onsite restaurants with a free appetizer offer, or make an appointment at the spa with 15% off a service or come back and visit again with a special room rate offer.
