Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort wanted to create a true guest experience through the design of a new app and beacon implementation. The new app provides guests with the ability to make reservations, schedule amenities, and receive beacon notification for discounts and deals.
The new guest service kiosks for Florida Hospital Medical Group are designed to help patients learn valuable medical information, diagnose ailments, and schedule doctor appointments. The interactive kiosk also helps with data capture through the collection of patient information.
The Disney Swan and Dolphin Welcome App acts like a concierge service to guests. They are able to make reservations, schedule amenities, and receive wifi push notifications for discounts and deals. Ticketing options for events and attractions are also available to increase the guest experience.
