The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) years beginning on the first full month after execution of this Agreement, and shall thereafter automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms ("Term"), unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Section. If either Party does not desire for this Agreement to automatically renew, such Party shall provide written notice to the other Party no later than thirty (30) days prior to the anniversary date of this Agreement.
