Douglas Ralston - President and Principal
With over 20 years expertise in operations and sales management Doug has started and developed several successful technology companies including billion dollar integration companies to on-line services organizations.   Doug is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology professional and is responsible for the growth and management of mobiManage’s sales and customer service. Doug was recognized as one of the Top young sales executives by Microsoft in 2004 and continues the tradition at mobiManage

Susan Marotta - Vice President of Operations
Susan has been involved with technology services management for the past 15 years working with large service delivery organizations and telecommunications companies. Susan has developed service desk software and been involved in multimillion dollar software projects. Susan is responsible for all operations management and on-line commerce services for mobiManage.

Ben Ashley - Vice President of Business Development
Ben Ashley is a sales professional with over 12 years of experience in business development and sales consulting. His previous management expertise provided him the skills to recognize and eliminate unproductive business practices while implementing structures, programs and sales methodologies that position organizations for new levels of revenue, margins & shareholder value. Mr. Ashley formally was the Vice President for the largest custom home builder in Arizona with over 100 million in sales where he was responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing assets, cultivating and maintaining a strong brand and respected image for the organization.

Laurie Mahoney - Vice President of Design
Laurie is an entrepreneur with over 19 years experience in graphic communications. Her expertise lies in designing marketing communication materials and developing websites for emerging and established companies. Laurie oversees all design projects in mobiManage and has assembled a team of accomplished media and graphics professionals.
